We'll also refund your shipping cost if your return is the result of our error. We're sorry, but we do not accept items returns more than 30 days after delivery. If item/s was received damaged please contact the carrier.

To return, simply mail back by first class post and or other carrier with delivery confirmation insuring proper packaging procedures for fragile items including the original receipt to:

Please note:

• If your return is not the result of our error, shipping costs, up to 25% special handling services (e.g. shipping on your account of preferred carrier), sanitizing used working water appliances (e.g. chiller, heating tank etc.), faucets and other services associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund.
• Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 7-10 business days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
