Instructions on John Guest™ & Mur-Lok™ Push-Fit Fittings

These fittings are used with high pressure, hard plastic tubing which can be found on the plumbing parts page>>

They can be used with metal tubing e.g. copper, however the inserted end have to be sanded of for about 3/4 inch.

With both forefingers press and hold the ring (collet) around the tubing while pulling the tubing out.

Cut the tubing square with sharp knife then insert it about 3/4 inch. Pull the tubing back to make sure is locked.
